     Excelling at Cricket
 

We have been able to do this by scheduling upto 40 hours of cricket and 32 hours of study in a boy’s week. Here’s a quick look at a typical weekly schedule of an NSC cricketer.

Mondays to Thursdays :
6.00 am to 7.00 am Physical training by specialist ACA coaches
7.00 am to 8.00 am Bath, breakfast and get ready for school
8.00 am to 1.30 pm Academic Curriculam as prescribed by CISCE
1.30 pm to 2.30 pm Lunch and change into cricket gear
2.30 pm to 3.00 pm Transfer to ACA grounds
3.00 pm to 6.30 pm Cricket coaching with special focus on any one aspect
6.30 pm to 7.00 pm Transfer to Asian Acres
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm Dinner and rest
8.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Specialised and remedial classes by expert faculty to keep at par with the academic calendar and also ensure good grades in tests and examinations.

10.00 pm Lights Out.
Friday & Saturday
  • The same as above schedule till 12.00 noon.
  • Then onwards the cricketers move to ACA grounds for 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm
  • Transfer to Asian Acres 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm
  • Extensive sessions of coaching, physical training, bio-mechanical training, video analysis and remedial measures. 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
  • Dinner and rest 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm
  • Specialised and remedial classes by expert faculty to keep at par with the academic calendar and also ensure good grades in tests and examinations.
  • 10.00 pm Lights Out.
Sundays
Matches, including day-and-night matches, inter - ACA and intra-ACA.

These coaching sessions are appropriately interspersed with buffet lunch, tea and snacks from our ‘on-theSame grounds’ catering facility.
