Health and Medical Care
facilities
We believe that
infrastructure is the heart
and soul of any training
facility. In other words, a
school / academy can only be
as good as its
infrastructure. Therefore,
understanding the
requirements of our
students, we have built
facilities to their finest
detail.
We
have provided for a
gymnasium at the grounds,
besides another one at the
school.
Similarly, a library each
has been at the grounds and
the school. Provisions have
also been made for a Table
Tennis room to enable the
students to hone their
eye-hand coordination. An
audio-visual center for
video analysis of students
recordings, screening of
motivational films, and
presentations by the
faculty.
Ground Quality
The ground has been built as
per ICC standards and is fit
for organising even
international matches.
Special emphasis has been
laid on retaining grass on
the pitches, which is rare
in India. The soft and lush
green outfield helps in
development of advanced
sliding and diving fielding
skills.
Ground
facilities
The ground boasts of
equipment of international
standards, like underground
sprinkler systems, automated
mowers, rollers, super-sopper,
provision for stumpvision
camera and snickometer,
synthetic turf etc.
Coaching facilities
The floodlights enable us to
continue coaching even after
sunset, which is very
essential as due to thrust
on academics, a child gets
less time before sunset. We
use the latest scientific
coaching methods supported
by internationally acclaimed
software, periodic video
analysis of various aspects
like batting, bowling and
fielding of each student and
remedial coaching on such
analysis. The use of bowling
machines and pitchvision
software are also used as
effective tools for remedial
measures. Due care has also
been taken by creating a
cemented, synthetic wicket
to make use of the
facilities optimally even
during rainy season. We are
also in the process of
developing indoor practice
facilities.
Players’
facilities
Facilities have been created
for the players to make
their journey of development
pleasurable, enjoyable and
interesting. In this
endeavour of ours, besides
academics, we have created
facilities for sports like
table tennis, basket ball,
swimming, tennis etc., which
helps indirectly in honing
the cricketing skills and at
the same time does not make
it a monotonous one-game
training.
The library created at the
ground, consists of books on
cricketing skills,
biographies of legendary
cricketers, and other
successful sportsmen and
women from all arenas. By
proving such enriching
reading material to the
students from an area of
their interest, it catalyses
them to develop and nurture
a constructive reading
habit. The library also
stores videos and recordings
of historic matches and
performances of renowned
players.
